Notes Belgica information: The SW point of Hulot Peninsula, Brabant Island, in the Palmer Archipelago. Discovered by the BelgAE, 1897-99, under Gerlache, and named after Monsieur Houzeau de Lehage , a supporter of the expedition. The FrAE under Charcot, 1903-05, charted the point, substantially modifying its earlier cartographic representation. http://geonames.usgs.gov    
Belgica information: The SW point of Hulot Peninsula, Brabant Island, in the Palmer Archipelago. Discovered by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition, 1897-1899, under Adrien de Gerlache, and named for Houzeau de Lahaie , President of the Royal Belgian Geographical Society at the time of departure of the expedition. The French Antarctic Eexpedition under Charcot, 1903-1905, charted the point, substantially modifying its earlier cartographic representation. In the SCAR Gazetteer the name Lahaie is misspelled as Lehaie.
