Notes Belgica information: Point which marks the S side of the entrance to Buls Bay on the SE coast of Brabant Island, in the Palmer Archipelago. Discovered by the BelgAE, 1897-99, under Gerlache, and named by him for Count Hippolyte d'Ursel, a supporter of the expedition. http://geonames.usgs.gov    
Belgica information: Point which marks the south side of the entrance to Buls Bay on the SE coast of Brabant Island, in the Palmer Archipelago. Discovered by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition, 1897-1899, under Adrien de Gerlache, and named by him for Count Hippolyte d’Ursel, President of the Royal Belgian Geographical Society and member of the House of Representatives, who proposed that the government should subsidize the expedition.
