Updates of four Maritime Boundaries derived products

Marine Regions launches new versions for the High Seas, Extended Continental Shelves, Intersection of Exclusive Economic Zones and IHO Sea Areas and Union of Exclusive Economic Zones and Land Areas
The Marine Regions team is launching updates for four key maritime boundaries datasets at once. These updates (1) reflect new data that has become available since the previous release, (2) provide seamless integration with the Maritime Boundaries v12 datasets, and (3) take into account user feedback received through email and our GitHub repository.
