GeoServer updated to v. 2.5, introducing NetCDF & WFS paging support

The OGC backend of MarineRegions has been upgraded to the latest version (GeoServer 2.5)Meanwhile the underlying server infrastructure was also updated:
- Machines migrated to more performant VMWare cluster
- OS: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
- Oracle Java 7
- Tomcat 7
- GeoServer 2.5
- Database: PostgreSQL 9.3
- PostGIS 2.1.2
