This feature is the southernmost of three W tributaries of Bounty Channel, approximately 150 km offshore from the SE coast of the South Island of New Zealand. The name first appeared on Oceanic Bathymetry Series (OBS) chart 'Bounty' in 1971. Minimum depth (m): 1460. Maximum depth (m): 2090. Total relief (m): 630. Dimension/size: 214 km long. |
