This feature is the northernmost of three western tributaries of Bounty Channel, approximately 150 km offshore from the SE coast of the South Island of New Zealand. The name first appeared on Coastal Bathymetry Series (CBS) chart 'Otago' in 1969. Minimum depth (m): 1800. Maximum depth (m): 2090. Total relief (m): 290. Dimension/size: 126 km long. |
