History: The term "Fenshou" comes from a poem known as "Yuzao" in the Shijing·Xiaoya, a collection of ancient Chinese Poems from 11th to 6th century B.C. "Fenshou" means a big head of fish. The poem describes a scene where a fish is swimming leisurely among the algae while the King is drinking wine, implying the harmonious atmosphere of good and prosperous lives of the folks. |
