Additional information (en): This feature forms at the confluence of several canyons at the foot of the steep upper continental slope, 70 km SE of Otago Peninsula and SE of the South Island of New Zealand. The name first appeared on Oceanic Bathymetry Series (OBS) chart 'Otago' in 1969. |
