Notes Additional information (en): Feature description: An undersea hill in the Southern Ocean. History/Origin/Meaning: Named for David Henry Lewis (1917-2002), who was an expert in traditional Polynesian navigation. He is reputed to have made the first single-handed circumnavigation of Antarctica in the yacht Ice Bird. He also captained the yacht Solo on a scientific expedition to Antarctica in 1977-78.
