GEBCO: associated meeting, proposer and year of proposal (en): Associated meeting: SCUFN-34. Proposer: Japanese Committee on Undersea Feature Names (JCUFN). History: 2020.    
GEBCO: discoverer and year of discovery (en): Discoverer: Japanese survey vessel AGS-5105 "Nichinan". Year of discovery: 2007. History: Named from the oceanographic survey ship of Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force "Nichinan", who revealed this detailed feature and identified it as a seamount in January 2007 during her survey for Japan’s extended continental shelf.
