GEBCO: discoverer and year of discovery (en): Discoverer: Chinese research vessel "Xiang Yang Hong 3". Year of discovery: 2017. History: Named from its shape as this feature looks like a hat for shading light and rain, called "Douli". It has a wide border and is woven from bamboo strips with oiled paper, bamboo leaf or palm silk. This hat is worn by women of Huian, county of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China.
