GEBCO: associated meeting, proposer and year of proposal (en): Associated meeting: SCUFN-31. Proposer: China Geological Survey. History: 2020.    
GEBCO: discoverer and year of discovery (en): Discoverer: Chinese research vessel "Haiyang 6". Year of discovery: 2017. History: Named from the nearby Huangjin Cove, close to the Chinese Antarctic Great Wall Station. The cove was so named by the Chinese Antarctic Research Team in February 1986.
