Additional information (en): This feature has pear shape. A group of undersea features in this area have named after different drums, the traditional Chinese musicalinstruments. They are Bangu (plank drum), Zhangu (war drum), Huapengu (flowerpot drum), Langzhanggu (wolfdrum), Shugu (Story-telling drum), Tanggu (Tang drum) and Paigu (group drum). Minimum depth (m): 3316. Maximum depth (m): 4217. Total relief (m): 901. Dimension/size: 35 km × 25 km. |

It is larger in shape than other drum instruments. It is often placed on a wooden frame and played with two drumsticks. The sound isdeep and strong, mainly used for ensemble. |
