GEBCO: discoverer and year of discovery (en): Discoverer: Chinese research vessel "Xiang Yang Hong 14". Year of discovery: 2019. History: Named from the "Denglongyu", also known as anglerfish (Lophiiformes in Latin), a fish that generally live in the deep sea of 500-5000 m, with lure projecting from head to attract prey. The feature looks like an anglerfish swimming to the northeast from the top view.
