Tanabata Seamounts was proposed to name the seamount group including Kaguyahime, Hokuto, Yusei, Nishi-Yusei, Shokujo and Kengyu Seamounts.
Tanabata means Festival of Weaver in Japanese, but only Shokujo and Kengyu Seamounts are relevant to the Festival.
